Actress Payal Rohatgi got arrested by Ahmedabad Police on June 25. She has been accused of sending abusive messages to the chairman of her society on social media.
She has been charged for using offensive language. The reports apparently state that she’s a troublemaker of her society, everyone is disturbed and irritated by her actions. Previously, she is said to have threatened other society members to be implicated by the false cases.
As per sources, this is not the first time that her name has been dragged into controversy. In 2019, the Rajasthan police registered a case against her for making objectionable comments in a video about former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru’s wife.
For the unversed, Payal Rohatgi was seen in various films like Dhol, 36 China Town, Dil Kabaddi and few more. In 2008, she also appeared in Bigg Boss. She got married to wrestler Sangram Singh, they both were seen in Nach Baliye.
