Pranking anyone and uploading a video of their reaction is trending now-a-days. Such prank videos are seen a lot on YouTube. But this time a minor boy studying in class 9 got into trouble due to a prank call.
A 14-year-old ninth grader called at the reception counter of Taj Hotel at around 3.30 p.m. and claimed that two terrorists would enter the Hotel with AK-47s.
Immediately after this call, the staff of Taj Hotel, Colaba informed the nearby police station and gave complete information. Soon after the police were informed, the security was tightened and a team of Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad and sniffer dogs were sent to the building of the hotel.
On the whole incident, the Mumbai Police officer said, “The call has been traced and it turned out that a boy studying in class 9th from Karad in western Maharashtra’s Satara district made it as a prank call. No case has been registered so far.”
The minor boy also made it clear to the police officials that he had called from his father’s phone after watching a movie.
